pci compliance - How to fix HTTP Response Header not detected on PCI Vulnerabilities Scan

Question

On PCI Vulnerability Scan, I am getting "HTTP Security Header Not Detected" error and the Test report generates a "Fail" report. I do not have any servers at site. The Scan is done as part of the PCI compliance. We have EPOS systems (PCs) that process card payments. Is there any settings that I need to do on my Router or within my network, to correct this error?
