scrollview - Set minimum vertical scroll distance react native

Question

Is it possible to set a minimum vertical distance to trigger the scroll for a ScrollView in react native ? Currently we have a scrollable swipe list but when the user start to swipe it may trigger the scroll event. We would like to put a minimum threshold for the vertical swipe.
