xamarin.forms - How to remove OneSignal tags after the app has been uninstalled

Question

can anybody help how to delete tags for OneSignal Player IDs if the app (xamarin forms app) is uninstalled by user?

The problem currently is, that if the user uninstall the app, the user still get push notifications, because the PLAYER ID is still available and the tags (I have set in the app) are still filled.

So is there a way how to empty the tags?
