babeljs - gulp Two task in one file js

Question

I have two arrays and I want to merge them in one scripts.js

gulp.task('task1', function () {
    return gulp.src(libraries_scripts)
        .pipe(concat("scripts.js"))
        .pipe(uglify())
        .pipe(gulp.dest(prependBuildDirectory("scripts/mashups")));
});

gulp.task('task2', function () {
      return gulp.src(linted_scripts) 
          .pipe(babel({presets: ['@babel/preset-env'] }))
          .pipe(concat("scripts.js"))
          .pipe(uglify())
          .pipe(gulp.dest(prependBuildDirectory("scripts/mashups")));
  });

can you see something wrong this in my proyect is failing with errors of variables and stuff of javascript.
