circular reference - Creating an inventory control system with spin button

Question

I am not sure if what I am intending to do is possible due to potential circular referencing.

Essentially, I would like a sheet(that will be hidden after completion) with a table that has the following headers: Part Number, Part Name, QTY in workshop, QTY in warehouse, Total

Then I would like a second sheet that has a drop down where you can type in the part that you are looking for, or select from the drop down the Part Number, and it will populate with the additional information of Part Name, Qty in Workshop and Qty in warehouse and total(I can get this part to work through VLOOKUP).

From there, I would like to add a spin button that updates the quantity(for example, you press the down arrow to remove one from workshop, and it decreases that number by 1.)

Is this possible, or will there be circular referencing issues?
