javascript - Woocommerce - disable certain shipping methods based on time of day

Question

I'm trying to disable one of my shipping methods during certain times of day and can't seem to find a plugin capable of doing so.

So in the simplest form possible it would be an if statement something like:

$time = date("H");
$timezone = date("e");

if($time < "9" || $time > "21") {

    $shippingmethod1.disable();

}

I don't know where to start about adding this functionality.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
