page refresh - Update rate of embedded google spreadsheet

Question

I have a google sheet and have successfully added the embedded link into my website. I've edited the HTML and link to get the width, height, border, headers the way I want.

However, when viewing the page on the website, it annoyingly refreshes every 60 seconds.

I would like this to be ONLY after an update to the underlying spreadsheet, or no more often than every 5 minutes.

Is there a way to specify this?

BTW, during my hacking, when the HTML was such that the some sheet headers were viewable, the bottom of the embedded sheet (as seen on the website) had text from Google indicating the page auto-updated once every 5 minutes. But apparently that's not true.
