apple push notifications - How to convert all fcm token to apns because mixpanel does not support firebase token

We have 100k users and we use mix-panel push messaging system for user engagement.

Mixpanel does not support FCM and supports APNS token.

I have only FCM tokens so is there any way to convert all these 100k push tokens into APNS using any language?
