system.reactive - How to use USART_UART with double STM32F407VG

Question

I would like to get idea TX and RX usart-uart configuration. I wanna sent a data and receive data. But without Hal Libraries.

I dont have arduino. But I have double board stmf32f407.

So I will send data from one board, I want to get data from the other stm32f board. Of course, I want to do this using usart-uart. But on the internet, everyone has done it with arduiono or state libraries.

Do you have an example for this?
