jboss7.x - Resteasy Reactive support on EAP 7.3 and Wildfly 21.0.2

Question

I am trying to use reactive RestEasy on JBOSS EAP 7.3 (without expansion pack) and wildfly 21.0.2 but It returns empty JSON.

The code is hosted on github at https://github.com/himanshumps/jboss_eap_resteasy_rxjava.git

The url to test the reactive endpoint is http://localhost:8080/jboss_eap_resteasy_rxjava/rest/rxjava/single
