According to the process_response code from CorsMiddleware:

response[ACCESS_CONTROL_ALLOW_ORIGIN] = "*" if (
            settings.CORS_ORIGIN_ALLOW_ALL and
            not settings.CORS_ALLOW_CREDENTIALS) else origin

You must set settings like this:

# CORS Config
CORS_ORIGIN_ALLOW_ALL = True
CORS_ALLOW_CREDENTIALS = False
