.net - nuget install exit code 9009

When build my solution, I got an error:

Error 116 The command "nuget install “C:MycodeTestsomeClassLibsWCFServiceHostsMonitorpackages.config” -o “C:MycodeTestSomeClassLibsWCFServiceHostsMonitorpackages.config”" exited with code 9009

I use VS 2012, Thanks.

To resolve the 'nuget exited with code 9009' error, I downloaded the newest version of NuGet.exe (https://www.nuget.org/downloads) and placed it in the C:Windows directory so Windows could find the executable.
