dynamics crm - enable Basic authentication protocol on a non-secure channel

Question

I have problem when I try to make email setting for the world Posta in my crm application I use CRM 2015 on promise the picture below showing the configuration I made after contacting with my supplier here the problem it gives me these error

and when I try to seacrh how to enable it i find these code

Update DeploymentProperties
Set BitColumn = 1
Where ColumnName = 'AllowCredentialsEntryViaInsecureChannels'

Update DeploymentProperties
Set BitColumn = 1
Where ColumnName = 'ECAllowNonSSLEmail'

and these also not working below is the image of the setting and also the the mailbox
