java - How can I move a .jar and a database to another computer?

Question

I made a small program using IntelliJ and MySQL workbench. I was able to move the .jar to her laptop and it works fine but it doesn't access the db.

I tried using ConnectorMXJObject but got stuck at this error "main" java.util.MissingResourceException: Resource '5-5-9/Windows_10-amd64/mysqld.exe because I can't override platform-map.properties.

I tried this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJHFLG2Ovo0&ab_channel=FilippoEngidashet but when I get to the classpath tab at around the 7-minute mark no jar file appears for the classpath. Every other guide I can find is using a diff database.
