For store the values using shared preference use below code

SharedPreferences prefs=getSharedPreferences("Key", 0);
          Editor e=  prefs.edit();
           e.putString("Name", "AAA");
           e.commit();

For retrieve the shared prefs value use below code

SharedPreferences prefs=getSharedPreferences("Key", 0);
          String s= prefs.getString("Name", "");
