python - Tensorflow GPU Could not load dynamic library 'cusolver64_10.dll'; dlerror: cusolver64_10.dll not found

Question

When i run

import tensorflow as tf 
tf.test.is_gpu_available(
    cuda_only=False, min_cuda_compute_capability=None
)

I get the following error

Step 1

 Move to C:Program FilesNVIDIA GPU Computing ToolkitCUDAv11.2in

Step 2

Rename file cusolver64_11.dll  To  cusolver64_10.dll 

 cusolver64_10.dll
