storing data - How to store the MSE of a neural network into a datased

Question

I am a beginner at Python and I'm doing a machine learning project. I ran my Neural Network several times using different epoch numbers to see how much the MSE decreases and when will I start to get overfitting. I would like to know if I can store the results of training and test into a dataframe so that I can compare the results of my trial and error and choose the number of epochs minimizing the MSE before incurring into overfitting (keeping layers and neuron numbers equal).
