jar files - jar files added in project

Unable to run/execute my rest web services. Tomcat will start and I can view my index.html page but cannot call the webservice. error while calling web service

current versions used - jersey - 2.7 asm - 6.0 java - 9 tomcat - 7

similar issue with jersey 2.6 and 1.9. Have tried a few solutions mentioned already but those did not seem to work for me.
