tensorflow - Preparing a Dataset for a Deep Learning from Multiple CSV files

Question

I have 100 CSV files with each CSV file containing 10,000 Rows and 2 Columns. I want to be able to use each CSV file as input. How am I supposed to make a dataset out of this? Can I make a dataset similar to the MNIST database built into Keras? And if yes, then can I load it similarly as well?
