command line arguments - AcroRd32.exe option to skip "Check Out & Open" dialog on SharePoint

Background

I am using SharePoint to store Microsoft Office files and .pdf files. To keep up the update history of the Office files, our administrator has enabled "Versioning settings" for SharePoint.

Problem

When I open .pdf files on the SharePoint, Acrobat Reader always shows "Check Out & Open / Open / Cancel" dialog. We use .pdf files as unmodifiable snapshots of the Office files, so we never checkout .pdf files with Acrobat Reader.

Question

Is there any setting or command-line option for AcroRd32.exe to skip the "Check Out & Open" dialog? Or, there is no way to omit the "Check Out & Open" dialog with AcroRd32.exe? Note that I have found the following command-line options from AcroRd32.exe, but could not found that one of these options has such a function.
