include - Use hammer.mi.js locally

Question

I use the plugin to zoom in a line graph. Unfortunately the machine I use for this has no network connection. So I got all needed plugins an put them in an directory. e.g.:

<script type="text/javascript" src="C:TestDiagramChart.jspackagedistChart.bundle.js"></script>

If I try the same way with the hammer plugin ist does not work.

<script type="text/javascript" src="C:TestDiagramChart.jspluginshammerhammer.min.js"></script>

I get no error in the browser development system. It just does not work when I try to move the graph in the chart.

If I use the online link it works.

<script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/hammerjs@2.0.8/hammer.min.js"></script> 

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
