MNE Matlab scripts

This is a list of Matlab files to process MEG and EEG data.

These files allow a nice interaction with MNE project:

The reason for making this code public is to encourage feedback from users and to facilitate code contributions.

We know that many people have used this work and certainly improved it for their personal use. It's probably a good time to share what you came up with.

Development

Tests can be run locally with:

$ matlab -nosplash -nodesktop -r "cd matlab; exit(~moxunit_runtests('test'))"

Or:

$ octave --no-gui --eval "cd matlab; exit(~moxunit_runtests('test'))"

Currently only epochs and raw are tested as the other test files require the sample dataset.
