    cell.testLabel.text = @"test";
    return cell;

}

单元格已注册

[self.collectionView registerClass:[LPDiaryCollectionViewCell class] forCellWithReuseIdentifier"cell"];

Datasource、delegate 和 outlet 已连接

但是当我运行时，不会调用数据源方法，并且 View 是纯白色的，没有 UICollectionView 显示。

您必须在 Storyboard中为 Collection View 单元格设置单元格标识符(例如，我已声明 identifier = "ReuseCell")并在 cellForItemAtIndexPath 方法中使用相同的 Storyboard标识符。
